This early 1960s house in the North Shoal Creek neighborhood of Austin had been a rental for about 15 years. Little had changed with this house since it was built. Our clients only knew that this neglected old house they were about to buy, needed to be gutted. the main focus of this project was replacing the kitchen and bath.
