Our Country Cabin T Park Model RV Cabin comes in 12×34 with one bedroom, one bathroom, living and kitchen area.

We deliver these units anywhere in the USA. For areas outside of our normal delivery zone we have other qualified haulers we can set you up with.

Standard Features Include:

• 8” LP engineered lap siding is the standard siding on RV Park Models (5 / 50 year warranty product)
• Insulated windows (vinyl clay or bronze alum)
• Fiberglass doors either 9 light or solid 6 panel
• 40 yr. metal roof (ask about our new wave panel)
• Sherwin Williams Paint (2 coats)
• Ceilings insulated with spray in foam
• Interior finished with 1×8 T&G interior paneling and clear coat sealer
• Comes with 12,000 BTU ac / heat unit (GE is standard)
• Laminate flooring throughout
• Kitchen with Rustic cabinets and built in table
• Comes with basic faucets, sinks and lights
• Appliances included
• Rustic furniture / curtains optional
• Maximum living space is 400 sq feet (excluding porches and lofts)
• 4′ porch on our smaller units up to 12×34′
• Large units comes with a larger screened porch
