Like our Webster One Bedroom ADU, the Benton one bedroom, one bath cottage makes a comfortable and complete tiny home. The Benton has been custom designed to provide a full one bedroom tiny home while maintaining a narrow footprint. Features include a private bedroom, large double hall closets, and a full kitchen with pantry and stacked washer dryer. Lofted 12 ft. wood beam ceilings flowing throughout and large french doors and windows give it a wonderful bright and spacious feel. Like our other ADU designs, the cottage can be customized to suit your needs and aesthetics e.g. amenities for accessibility, built in bookcases, patios and pergolas.
