I wanted to make Tiny House Villages so people in my home state could help themselves. The project has grown a lot since then. I want to change the Tiny House Movement in Hawai’i. I want affordable housing to be available to everyone. Our units are referred to as RVs and are crafted by North West’s Premier Tiny House builder, Tiny Mountain Houses. My name is Brandon Hardin and I was fortunate enough to be born and raised in Hawai’i. During my time at Oregon State University, I fell in love with football. Later in 2012 I was drafted into the third round of the NFL Draft to the Chicago Bears. My time with sports opened me up to the Tiny House Movement taking over Eugene, Oregon at Opportunity Village. I was overwhelmed at the amount of compassion shown towards the homeless and I wanted to extend that to the homeless in Hawai’i. I wanted to provide the same housing solutions to those in Hawai’i. It’s how Tiny Pacific Houses got started.
