When Norm and Judy Reichardt founded Northstar Homes Inc. in 1994, they had one clear goal in mind: to provide quality, affordable custom-built homes to home buyers in Colorado. Driven by the desire to offer unmatched customer service, Northstar Homes has always put our customers first, going the extra mile to exceed our homeowner’s expectations. At Northstar Homes, we don’t just talk the talk—we believe in what we sell. Norm and Judy purchased their first modular home in the early 1980s, prior to founding Northstar Homes. Since then, they have never gone back to site-built homes. Why? Because they believe—and see—the quality and efficiencies that custom-built homes provide. Nearly three decades later, Northstar Homes remains at its same Loveland, Colorado location and continues to operate as a family-run business. We’re still the personalized customer service-driven company that Norm and Judy founded. Only today, our staff has grown substantially to handle the customer volume and expanded service area.
