North Country Homes Corporation is a family owned business, established in 1975 by Tom Fisher Sr and his wife Rosemary. Upon their retirement in the late 90's, their sons Paul Fisher and Tom Jr. took over and continue to operate as a family owned business.Service Manager Mark Fonger has been on the North Country Homes staff for nearly the full 43 years of its existence.Sales person & marketing manager Christine Nola has been part of the North Country Homes staff since 2003. She is becoming Chief Architect® Premier certified to be able to serve customers in home layout and design.Based in Indian River, North Country Homes Corporation has set over 1,350 homes all over the Lower Northern Michigan peninsula as well as in the Upper Peninsula.Our sales office is a two-story modified "Birmingham" modular home by General Housing Corporation. We chose to replace the standard siding on the front with brick, demonstrating you can customize our homes to suit your taste and needs.
