+Add PAD is our original model: a 200 square foot bathroom and sleeping space. It can be permanent, or temporary. The focus of +Add PAD is inclusion, allowing for independence with its own entrance and separate facilities, yet allows one to roll in to the main house for meals and activities when desired.
Designed to meet Agency of Transportation Guidelines, +Add PAD can be pulled with a heavy duty pick up truck. CONNECTORS to the home can be built in less than two weeks.
