The Villa XL is a 10ft wide park model in our farmhouse modern style (305 sq ft.) This model is all one level with a bedroom downstairs, a 4.5 ft x 8 ft bathroom, a galley kitchen with apartment size refrigerator, 3 burner furrion built-in range, 24 inch apron front sink, optional dishwasher, and hood vent. Outside of the bathroom is a storage bench with drawers and a tall closet that can hold an optional venting Washer/Drier combo unit. The bedroom comes with a tall closet. Tru Form offers several built in bed options including hydraulic lift and storage beds, elevator beds with headboard desk, and a murphy bed with desk that folds out when the bed is stowed. We offer several heating options including mini split heat pumps (also cools), electric heat, LP furnaces, wood stoves, electric fireplaces, and more.
