Hiatus Benham is a cottage-style community located on Wizard Lane in South East Bend, Oregon. Hiatus Homes has twenty two 598 square foot cottages built in the“small/tiny house” design style. The cottages are built with the highest quality fixtures and surfaces, with a focus on livable design. The community’s winding paths, trickling ponds, garden boxes, and cozy fire pits, make this your own personal sanctuary.

Our studio model spans 598 square feet (including the lofts), using a 400 square foot footprint to create almost 600 square feet of usable space. The home is cedar-clad and has a large outdoor deck that includes storage benches and a bike box. Our energy efficient and space saving design features include: both sleeping and multi-use lofts, furniture, storage-integrated stairs and a customizable Kerf Wall.
