The Larkspur, by Switchgrass Tiny Homes, was designed as the classic Mother In Law suite. Built for a couple retiring to off grid land in Colorado, this house was built for her mother who was moving with them. Complete with a downstairs bedroom, this house also offers a large bathroom, full kitchen and living space, along with a secondary sleeping loft for when the grandkids come to visit.
