Our homes are designed for both functionality and efficiency. This modern cabin “The Summit” is a masterpiece of clean lines and simple angles that lends to its modern cabin home rustic feel. The high ceilings and oversized windows help bring the outdoors to make the interior feel larger than its actual square footage.

The exposed Railroad truss feature is the final touch on this shed roof style home. It is designed to take in the views, it is perfect for a lake house or mountain style home. Our Summit is available as a modern-style log home or timber frame home. It is 1520 square feet and the wings can easily be expanded to increase the size of this stunning house.

Our off-site constructed solid panel wall units prevent air infiltration and are energy efficient. The perfect retreat to getting away from it all! All of our plans can be modified to fit your needs and build site. Available with half-log siding, flat Appalachian siding, craftsman siding for a more timber frame look, or a combination of craftsman and steel siding. We can also custom quote any siding style for your cabin.
