Global Modulars offers you new methods of construction. We use containers and steel frame structures to construct modular buildings for commercial or residential purposes. “Modular” is a construction method that involves constructing sections of the building off-site in a factory which are later brought on the site and connected to the foundation. The modules are then transported and delivered to their intended site, set on the foundation footprint by use of a crane, and joined together to make one integrated building. Once the modules are assembled on-site and the integration is complete, the structure is virtually indistinguishable from those built by conventional construction methods. Our construction methods allow for our modules to be placed with a wide variety; side-by-side, end-to-end or stacked. This allows for the infinite number of configurations to suit our customers.
