We use integrated steel solar roofing to reduce energy consumption and use our proprietary formulated closed cell insulation with an extremely high R value, full thermal break and complete vapor barrier. With ECLIPSE you can live off grid, or in a community with reduced energy consumption. In addition to steel stud construction and a steel exterior our custom insulation prevents pest/insect and water intrusion, eliminates mold, mildew, smoke, pollen and other potential health containmenant as well as a very fire resistant structure. Additionally each home has optional Rainwater catch base filtration with Greywater reuse systems and Blackwater management.
